I’ve been playing around with my style lately these new jeans, an old denim shirt that finally fits again, a scarf for a pop of color, and this visor to pull it all together. Not perfect, but fun and that’s really the point: figuring out my style again, one outfit at a time! @lornamurray_

Traditions come easy at @blakefarms. We had a family day full of Funland play, petting goats, and time on the swings that turned into a mom and dad date in the Tap Room, with apple picking to end the day. It’s this kind of Michigan memory that becomes a tradition year after year!

They literally just bloom! Ugh, I wish I could say I hadn’t found myself in a field of questions lately. But as hard, crazy and beautiful postpartum has been. It also taught me that maybe we don’t need to measure ourselves against who we were before... maybe the beauty is in simply showing up, growing where we are, and trusting that it’s enough.

This weekend we finally made it out to @wiardsorchards & Country Fair in Ypsilanti our very first visit. 🍎 It’s about a 55-minute drive from Metro Detroit, and by the end of the day we all agreed it’s worth every mile.

The grounds are so beautiful, and there’s something for everyone from the little ones running through the play areas to us getting (very) lost in the corn maze. And I have to say, their cinnamon-sugar cider donuts might be the best fall treat I’ve had yet.

The County Fair runs all season long, and I can’t believe I never came here when I was younger. I’ll be sharing more from our trip soon, but for now I’ll just say this was the perfect start to fall, and we’ll definitely be back. 🧡
